The in-house marketing team are integral to this and are involved in all new products from the outset. The team consists of traditional and digital marketers, creative designers, web-site developers, PR, SEO, content and social media experts whose combined responsibility it is to make sure that the customer journey is stress free. Our marketing team is responsible for all offline activity but with a heavy emphasis on our digital marketing campaigns across our full range of insurance products. They also work with our affiliate partners and external agencies to ensure that co-marketing campaigns are successfully delivered. It's not enough to deliver a fully transactional website to achieve success; that only comes from establishing the most efficient routes to market.
Cutting-edge I.T. Solutions
Bespoke CRM systems, affiliate programs and web development are all built and managed in-house. Our experienced IT Team have built and maintain all our CRM systems and affiliate partner programs. It's vital that our platform is bespoke to us as this provides agility and pace for the business. Being a digital marketing business we're very different to a traditional insurance broker and therefore our systems can't be provided to us "off the shelf". It all comes back to that phrase "excellent customer service". That's what we want to provide and therefore the demands we put onto the IT Team are geared to ensuring that the customer journey is "hurdle free".
We have to be sure our systems and platforms are robust, secure and operate with as little down-time as possible. And that's what the team look after, 7-days a week.
